Ginger Salad – Fresh greens, crisp vegetables and strawberries, tossed w/ citrus ginger dressing.
Seaweed Salad – Assorted seaweed tossed in a sesame dressing.
Crispy Tofu – Fried Tofu squares in citrus sauce, accented with scallions.
Spring Rolls – Shitake mushroom, cabbage and carrots, wrapped, rolled and flash fried, served with miso and mayo aioli.
Crab Rangoon – Crab, cream cheese, stuffed puffs, served with sweet miso, spicy mayo aioli, and unagi sauce.
Pork Potstickers – Pork Dumplings lightly fried served w/ 7-spice citrus soyu.
Shrimp Shumai – Steamed shrimp dumplings, served with spicy garlic citrus soyu.
Calamari – Flash fried squid tossed in sesame truffled salt.
Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura – 2 Pieces Shrimp and Assortment of fresh vegetables, flash fried served with ponzu sauce.
Spicy Tuna Nachos – Tempura nori chips topped with spicy tuna, scallions, roasted sesame seeds and house miso and mayo aioli. A Local Fav- Must Try Item!
Island Style Poke – Sesame marinated tuna, seaweed, tossed with vegetable and Hawaiian sea salt.
Bang Bang Chicken – Panko crusted chicken bites tossed with sriracha garlic sauce and mixed vegetables.
Maui Tacos – Three crispy whitefish planks served on corn tortillas with avocado, red cabbage and house aioli.
Fried Rice – Family Style Portion of either Shrimp and Jalapeno or Chicken and Pineapple with mixed vegetables.
