Are you a foodie? If so, I recommend you come out to the Lake Houston area of the Humble Kingwood area of Houston at Atascocita to try something special. Sushi that is presented the way its supposed to be with a full bar and happy hour specials that really satisfy. The happy hour sushi menu offers a great and inexpensive way to try Wazabi Sushi Bars delightful sushi menu. I like to order a medium sashimi with my favorite new japenese beer called "Lucky Buddha." Below it is paired with Wa-lu or white tuna with just a touch of strawberry that gives its already buttery flavor a bit of sweet! Yum is all I can say and how healthy can it be with rice based light Lucky Buddha beer.
I will worn you they sell out of Lucky Buddha from time to time but don't worry Wazabi Sushi Bar and Hibachi Restaurant offers a full bar and even Kirin Ichibon on tap.
If you like your food a bit more on the spicy side I suggest you try the dry sirracha rubbed fatty tuna with the "Roger Rice," coined by a local that likes his fried rice spicy and full of protein.
Come on in today and find out what locals know as the place where off the menu items rule and the extraordinary exists. Just say to the chef "Omakase," meaning "I leave it to you" and you will not be dissapointed. Below is an Omakase sashimi dish example:
Enjoy and I'll see you there near Lake Houston on FM 1960 East of West Lake Houston Parkway next to Italianos.
